Concierge healthcare at Tulane Doctors Center for Longevity & Wellness is a style of medical practice that offers personalized care to a limited number of patients. We have easily accessible clinic staff and 24/7 access to clinicians for emergency medical needs. At Center for Longevity & Wellness, patients can expect little to no wait times at appointments and the availability of an appointment availability within 24-48 hours of a request. Because we limit the number of patients in our practice, our concierge clinic can extend appointment times, giving each patient the time required to address their needs. To provide this high-level service, concierge practices charge an annual fee that is not covered by traditional insurance.

Once you have decided to become a patient, we will send a registration link to provide basic information. This process is electronic, but our office will be happy to help if you need any assistance with registration. The final step in our registration process is scheduling an appointment. Once you complete the patient registration, a member of our team will call you to set up your initial appointment.

Does insurance cover the membership fee?
Our annual fee is not covered by commercial insurance or Medicare. However, the fee may be reimbursable through your employer’s flexible spending account or health savings account.
How can I pay for the membership fee?
We offer monthly, semiannual, or annual payment plans. You are welcome to pay the fee via check or credit card. You may discontinue your membership and cancel at any time with no cancelation fee.
Will I have my doctor's direct line?
Yes, we have an after-hours answering service who will direct all emergent calls to your physician.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Existing patients can simply call the office to schedule an appointment. New patients will need to register with the practice first. Once the registration is complete, patients will be contacted to schedule their first appointment.
What are you office hours?
The Center for Longevity & Wellness is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Can I complete my "Annual Wellness Assessment" at Center for Longevity & Wellness?
Yes! We offer annual wellness screenings for our patients as an important component of their healthcare maintenance.
