The Center for Longevity & Wellness is a unique medical practice seeking to deliver healthcare that consistently meets the needs of our patients. Our goal is to uphold the highest standards of quality patient care, led by Dr. Clare Farrell. Our focus is to provide preventive, personalized care to all patients who walk through our clinic doors.

Dr. Leonard Kancher started the Center for Longevity & Wellness (CLW) in 2003 and, at the time, was one of the first concierge medicine practices in the state. Donna Dichiara, CLW’s beloved medical assistant, has been with the practice ever since. Dr. Kancher’s patients came to love the devotion and compassion of the clinical care provided at The Center for Longevity and Wellness. Unfortunately, Dr. Kancher passed away in 2017, but his legacy and approach to care were continued by Donna Dichiara and, finally, today, led by Dr. Clare Farrell.

Tulane University Medical Group is honored to continue the mission of the Center for Longevity & Wellness.
